We recently achieved a major milestone at Elin Air and Aviation Services Limited, one that reflects both the scale of our operations and the direction we are taking as a company.

On June 23, 2025, we completed a 7,800 landings check on a Bombardier Challenger CL604 aircraft, concluding one of the most extensive maintenance programmes carried out within our facilities to date. The check, widely regarded as one of the most intensive in an aircraft’s lifecycle, required a full teardown and rebuild of key systems, placing it in the same category as the highest levels of scheduled maintenance in global aviation.

The project ran over several weeks, during which our engineering team carried out a comprehensive inspection and overhaul of the aircraft. Major components including the engines, fuel systems, auxiliary power unit, thrust reversers, and flight control systems were removed, assessed, serviced, and reinstalled in line with international aviation standards. The scope of the work reflects the level of capability required to support complex aircraft maintenance at scale.

In parallel with the 7,800 landings check, additional maintenance cycles were completed, including 600-hour and 1200-hour checks. Running these processes concurrently required strong coordination across teams and a structured approach to execution, underscoring our ability to manage multi-layered operations within a controlled environment.

The programme also included a cabin refresh, with the aircraft receiving an updated interior designed to align with evolving expectations in private aviation. This forms part of a broader approach that combines technical delivery with an enhanced onboard experience.

Within the company, the milestone is seen as a significant step in strengthening our position within the aviation industry. It reflects ongoing investment in capability across engineering, operations, and service delivery, as well as a commitment to meeting the standards required to operate at an international level.

With another major maintenance check scheduled for November 2026, we are continuing to build on this momentum. The focus remains on expanding our capacity, refining our systems, and consistently delivering across increasingly complex projects.

This milestone represents a key moment in our growth. It reinforces our role as a developing force within the aviation space and signals our continued commitment to advancing how we operate and deliver.
